We are an innovative professional services company and are proud to serve our customers with state-of the art deliverables.Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team with a focus on HXM -SuccessFactors Projects.Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solutions projects across a diverse range of industries. You will contribute to our practice business strategy and direction, ensuring that objectives, as well as business goals, are met. Whilst some SAP experience is a nice to have, we are more interested to hear from experienced project management executive with proven process know-how. We are keen to hear from applicants who have held a Project Managerial role in HR or worked in a change management capacity.This is NOT a contract opportunity, the position can be based in any of our offices or WFH with some travel to customers, ideally we are looking for a Brisbane based team member.Tasks and Responsibilities
- To project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP SuccessFactors projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
- Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customers
- Manage, interact with and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all client's expectations and agreed deliverables are met.
- Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to Project Management hand-over, Administration, Documentation, Customer Support and Project Closures
- Facilitate regular aggregated internal Project Progress reporting
- Liaising and negotiating with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirements
- Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures per our project methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management with ideally a minimum of two years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects in SuccessFactors or other HR system projects
- Display the attitude to take ownership with a great skillset of organisational skills in a SME setup
- Experience in the project management of SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
- Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
- Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationships
- Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of project personnel
