Suburban Rail Loop Senior Project Manager
- Lead the design development and delivery of significant packages of work on the project.
- Lead the integration of project requirements, engineering, cost, constructability, land planning and environment, communications and stakeholder engagement streams relating to the package.
- Anticipate and mitigate potentially significant legal, political, environmental and commercial issues and risks associated with managing a large-scale project and high value contracts with a very high level of public scrutiny.
- Manage project procurement including timely delivery of Expressions of Interest and Requests for Tender as well as quality and risk management throughout the project's lifecycle
- Oversee vigilant project monitoring using lead best practice project management to ensure all project milestones are met.
Extensive experience and proven expertise in the project management of major infrastructure and/or rail projects, encompassing complex commercial responsibilities, multiple stakeholders with competing demands and sensitive risks.
- Proven achievement leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and highly developed written communication and computer literacy skills including project scheduling, to compile and develop professional, technical and quality documentation and management reports.
- Experience on metro stations regarding project development and/or construction delivery will be high regarded.
