Our engineers have the opportunity to travel both within and outside Australia in order to work on a diverse range of project activities.

Following continued growth; opportunities have arisen within our Belmont team for additional Project Managers.

This role is responsible for leading skilled teams of engineering professionals to successful project outcomes. The role will also involve operational responsibility covering office resource allocation and project planning, and oversight of project execution across multiple projects. The successful candidate will benefit from the experience of challenging, high profile projects, with blue chip clients across a wide range of industries.

The successful candidate will have the benefit of the project management systems already in place across our operations in Australia, including state of the art document and correspondence management systems. The role includes the opportunity to contribute to their ongoing development and improvement, and working with project management personnel from our Victorian and Brisbane offices.

A technical background from a relevant discipline, a proven hands-on approach together with strong people skills is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with formal project management training and experience. Lead technical engineers with demonstrated organisational and personnel management skills are also encouraged to apply.


The following attributes are highly desirable:

  • Strong electrical engineering and control systems technical knowledge ideally within the resources and infrastructure sectors.
  • Self-motivation.
  • High level of organisation and time management.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years experience in a similar role,
  • Business acumen including financial skills.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge in an engineering environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
