About the role:
This role is dedicated to supporting the organization by overseeing project delivery, issue resolution, value creation, and growth maximization. As a vital team member, responsibilities include managing projects aligned with the organizational portfolio, supporting research and development activities, and ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. The role focuses on identifying, defining, recommending, implementing, and supporting initiatives that align with the overall business strategy, all while minimizing disruption to the organization.

The salary range is $85,000 to $90,000 AUD.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing and improving business processes, identifying risks and benefits of proposed solutions, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with associated training materials
Building and managing trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery of projects
Implementing comprehensive project plans, track progress and ensure that the project is completed within scope, timeline, and budget
Working with Project sponsor and selected teams to plan and map out cost estimates, forecast and monitor/update budgets in the PPM tool.
Ensuring relevant reporting requirements on key project milestones and delivery dates are well understood and maintained with stakeholders and team
Creating and maintaining project information & business processes in centralised information systems
As required management of teams based in China and Factories that support the delivery of projects.
Providing administrative project support to R&D project leads which includes updating project status, generating reports, assisting with budgeting, and reforecasting, and following up on project-related tasks and issues
We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
3 + Years’ experience in Project Management
Experience in product development and manufacturing industries preferable
Diploma or Certificate IV in Project Management
Keen attention to detail and numbers
Analytical thinking with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement in analysis and process, suggest recommendations for change.
Strong communication, organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work to deadlines
