AddressAustralian household brand requires Senior Project Manager to lead greenfield and end to end revamp of multiple digital channels and customer experience in a complex, enterprise environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, and drive the project towards successful completion.
This will be a 6 month rolling contract with expected multiple renewals.
About the role
- Lead and manage various digital transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, content, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and implement proactive solutions.
- Conduct regular status meetings, report progress to stakeholders, and manage communication channels to keep all relevant parties informed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among project team members.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (hybrid Agile environment).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of web development technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing concepts is desirable.
