What You'll Do:
- Support Multiple Departments: From TV programs to radio shows, your role will vary day-to-day, providing essential support across the media group.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle general administration for a specific department, including data entry, rostering, organising access codes, and security passes.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Timekeeping and Payroll: Ensure timesheets and details are accurately entered into the KRONOS system.
- Quick Learner: Ability to pick things up quickly and build strong relationships across different production teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a strong background in administration, finance, accounting, payroll, or HR.
- KRONOS Experience: Familiarity with the KRONOS system is a plus.
- Ready to Start: We need someone who can hit the ground running and start ASAP.
- Open to WHV Holders: We welcome individuals on a Working Holiday Visa.
