The Role
- Lead, inspire and coach the extended team to ensure the continual growth of the business.
- WIP Reviews, Cost Reporting, Estimating and allocation of all time/job costs to our system.
- Monthly KPI Budgets set for every member of the team.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Develop an integrated team of resources, both external and internal.
- Sourcing, selection and positive management of sub-contractors.
- Lead generation – ability to go to market, create opportunity and deliver.
- Actively solve problems and look for solutions.
- Preparation and presentation of all necessary documentation for monthly meetings.
- Be relentless in your commitment to Sales and Business Development.
- Ensure all company W/OH&S policies are always followed.
- Monitor progress claims to ensure we are capturing costs in a timely manner.
- Service centric capabilities – a relentless approach to stakeholders, internal and external,
- Provide direction and assistance in the development and implementation of strategies
- Make our key accounts number one and develop new business.

- Previous experience in a Business Leadership and Management role.
- Trade Qualification or Bachelor/Diploma in Building & Construction, highly desirable.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of OHS practices, legislation and regulations.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional administration experience ideal, however not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
