As a Remedial Project Manager, you’ll will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing remedial construction and renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll oversee various projects, ensuring their successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, operations, finances, and customer satisfaction.
- Embodying and promoting Zero Harm Values, fostering a safety-first culture within the team
- Efficiently monitoring and managing project execution, adhering to timelines and deliverables
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Keeping a close eye on cost levels and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborating with internal departments and suppliers, including labour suppliers
- Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, turning concepts into reality
- Effectively meeting and managing client expectations, fostering lasting relationships
What will you need?
- A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, gained in remediation or civil construction
- Proactive and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Integrity and dedication in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong leadership and influential capabilities to lead teams effectively
