About the role
As the Project Manager for an exciting digital transformation project, you will lead the management and coordination of activities to implement a performance management / appraisal digital online system. This system is used to complete annual performance appraisals (workplans) for academics in UTS.
In this role you will assist to transition the tool from project status to BAU operations within the University.
As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the successful delivery of the project
- Effectively build and sustain solid working relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders across a variety of Faculties and business units within the University;
- Provide timely and accurate information and reports specific to the performance of the WPT project
- Design and implement a framework and transition plan to ensure that the tool can be supported and operationalised across the university
- Lead the project team in analysing complex user and system requirements;
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $113,282 to $129,017 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

The role is full-time, and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
