Join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to making a difference in the community. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Civil, Marine, Building, or Parks Projects under our Capital Infrastructure Program in the vibrant Sutherland Shire.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning and delivery of projects in alignment with our Infrastructure Program. Your responsibilities will include project planning, procurement, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and more, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scope.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field, along with proven leadership skills in managing construction projects. Experience in stakeholder management, budget control, and compliance with legislative requirements is essential.
Extensive experience in project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Understanding of construction standards and practises
Desirable qualifications include design management experience and membership in a professional group such as the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Package: $106,000 - $112,300 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
Hours of work: Permanent Full Time (35 hours) with the option of a 19-day month
