The Payroll Project Manager will be an integral part of the leadership team, reporting to the Director Remuneration & HR Systems. The successful candidate will have in-depth business and project management knowledge and proficiency from many years of relevant work experience in a project environment.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Ability to translate business objectives and benefits sought into business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solution design.
  • Ability to develop Test Cases with assistance and direction from the Test Lead, and lead a team to test cases.
  • Ability to assist the Change Manager to identify Change Impacts and support the execution of the Change Management Strategy.
  • Experience in delivering in accordance with a project plan and deadlines.
  • Process Improvement and problem-solving experience.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
