You will be working in the Division responsible for delivering the METRONET’s high value and high complex major transport projects. As one of the largest single investments in public transport the city has seen, METRONET will help positively change how people live and travel in Perth.
The Role
In this unique position, the successful applicant will provide Project Office management to the OMTID PTA project teams for associated projects. This includes providing a comprehensive range of business resource planning and support services, including financial, administrative, human, research and project related services to support the Project Directors in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Projects.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will need to have:
- Considerable experience in providing high-level administrative and business support, preferably within a large construction project environment.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, administrative procedures and practices, including those relating to financial, human resources and records management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal skills).
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, including Sound research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
