AddressDean Industries Group are currently seeking a Project Support Officer for a range of ongoing telecommunications projects in Western Australia.
We are a small team with a huge range of ongoing work commitments, our office is situated in Yangebup, Western Australia which is located in the southern suburbs of Perth.
An exciting opportunity is available now for the right person as we have had an uptick in work for an emerging telecommunications carrier.
As a part of this role you will be doing a range of tasks -
- Accept and acknowledge the new customer order request once received from the carrier.
- Liaise with the customer and schedule the site survey appointment to assess the customer installation scope of works
- Collect the required installation particulars and send it to the CAD team to compile the survey design and review the design document upon return for construction accuracy
- Upon completion of the project, compile / collect / assemble the Asbuilt Data and forward the data to the design team to create the Carrier Specific Hand Over Pack for both the internal and external aspects of the project.
- Potentially visiting the project site upon practical completion to collect missing photo artefacts , plan measurements, etc
- The ability to assist with completing the field site survey inspections would be advantageous to assist in peak load periods.
Ideally the job would suit someone seeking part time employment, however due to the nature and changing demands of the business there would be additional scope to assist with other office duties to fulfill a full time employment role.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience within the Telecommunications Industry
- Experience with other carrier networks (DCAF, Telstra duct infrastructure)
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in reading telco plans
