The Authority is seeking experienced and qualified Project Managers and Project Officers to manage the design development and construction delivery of new build projects, together with a mix of upgrade and renewal initiatives of the existing infrastructure.The role of Project Officer supports the coordination of the whole of project life cycle, including:Supporting the coordination and delivery of building and infrastructure construction projects at optimal value for money and within set timeframes.Supporting the planning and maintenance of a wide range of built assets to attain and preserve maximum operational capacity.Contributing to the Capital Works Program.The role of Project Manager is responsible and accountable for:Managing the initiation, planning, development, procurement, execution and closure of renewal, upgrade and greenfield projects to agreed budgets and timeframes.Planning and delivering maintenance of a wide range of built assets to attain and preserve maximum operational capacity.Contributing to the Strategic Asset Management Plan and Capital Works Program.The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.Application Instructions:To allow the selection panel to make an accurate assessment of your application, please submit the following:A covering letter.
