What you'll be doing in this role?
As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in our mission by collaborating closely with the CDM Team Leader, team members, and external partners. You will be responsible for driving the success of various projects aimed at enhancing chronic disease management and promoting overall health and wellness within our community.
You will be involved in the management and oversight in projects such as Diabetes Connect, Exercise and Cancer, Patient Activation Measure, and initiatives aimed at expanding our Chronic Disease Management team.
Your work will include:
- Support the team in developing project plans and timelines.
- Generating meeting minutes, progress reports, and budget records.
- Coordinating activies related to the project and ensuring project runs smoothly along the timeline as well Implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant health, human service or community development related field preferred (Desirable)
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
