Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Project Officer/Business Analyst to join their team.
The role will map all youth services across all program areas to identify opportunities for program streams to support an integrated program for young people. Mapping will identify opportunities for the District to build a stronger continuum of care from early support to intensive one-to-one interventions through its recommissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake tasks that contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
- Collaborate with team members to undertake research and analysis to contribute to the development of key projects that ensure good business outcomes.
- Support the project with various administrative functions including status updates, reports, budgets, arranging meetings.
Selection Criteria:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience in data analysis.
- Experience in supporting an evidence-based approach to policy, service design and service delivery through research, data analysis and evaluation
- Project management skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
