Project Planner
Do you have experience in coordinating a multi-year program of works? Our client is seeking an experienced Project Planner for a 6-month contract.
This role is a 35-hour week role, located on-site at Wyong. There could be an opportunity for the role to become hybrid once competent in the role.
You will:
- Preparation and/or review of capital project-related business case documentation
- Experience working in/on multi-disciplinary capital delivery programs of work
- Coordination of projects/programs based on predetermined corporate objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability (i.e. analytical)
- Experience in pulling together 'whole of program ' datasets, developing and presenting to Senior Management/Executive
- Resource planning
- Work planning and effort estimation
- Strategic capacity planning and portfolio level
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience working in large complex organisations/Local Government/Other Govt. agency preferable
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (in particular Excel)
