Project Planner

Driver Trett Australia provides consultancy, dispute resolution and commercial services, including construction and engineering claims for delays, disruption, additional costs, disputed additional work and other relevant issues to international engineering and construction companies, owners, financers, insurers, and other construction industry clients. The role: Driver Trett Australia are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Planner to support our team in Perth. Key duties will include (but not be limited to): Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone plans covering all project activities from concept to beneficial operation. Ensure project schedules are correctly aligned to the project’s Work Breakdown Structure and assist in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure for EPC and Commissioning project phases. Plan for and manage the validation and risk assessment of the project schedules including the use of 3rd party market studies or independent auditing / validation activities where necessary. Work to ensure all project processes and procedures covering the planning, scheduling and progress monitoring activities are well understood and efficiently followed by the project team and all contractors. Key candidate criteria: 8-10 years of project planning experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, process industry experience. Degree qualified in engineering or other, related discipline. Highly proficient with scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
