Boeing Defence Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support the Battlespace Communications Program Team located in . This is an exciting opportunity to work with the broader Integrated Planning & Scheduling team who support a range of complex programs based across our national business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create, Develop and Maintain complex integrated project plans and detailed schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Gain schedule status updates from control account managers, create reporting metrics and actively manage baseline change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
- Analyse and report on project performance variances and incorporate recovery plans.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills,
- Experience in Project Management or Project Scheduling/Earned Value/Performance Management Systems in a commercial environment,
- Understanding of critical path analysis
- Ability to tailor information and data for presentation to various stakeholders and levels of management
- Prior experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP), Cobra and the Defence Industry will be advantageous but not critical
- Must be an Australian citizen to be able to gain defence security clearance.
