Duties:
A newly developed role, this ‘greenfield’ position will see you take the helm of sales strategy and operational roll out for one of Sydneys largest urban renewal sites. With over 15 stages, you will be responsible for:
- Creating the sales strategy (staging plans, stock release, go-to-market, pricing, campaigns, market research) to achieve sales targets of the project
- Recruit, onboard and mentor a successful sales team
- Implement processes and procedures to support effective internal workflows from initial enquity all the way to settlement and defect management, to deliver world class CX
- Collaborate with Network Manager and external agents on events and project promotion, being the lead spokesperson
- Set and monitor budgets (incentives, commissions, price reviews)
- Provide input to unit mix, floorplans and inclusions to help drive future design decisions
- Monitor industry trends, competetor activities and continuously identify new opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement and collaboration internally and externally
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 10+ years experience in Project Sales management ideally across multi-stage builds
- Demonstrated success in devising and implementing sound strategy to effect solid sales results
- Strong leadership and management skills, as well as drive and energy
- Current industry knowledge in NSW
- The ability to work weekends and evenings when the role / launches demand
- Current Real Estate Licesne
