Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Build and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Create, quote and follow up tender projects and design selections
• Explore and generate leads whilst achieving sales and share targets
• Appropriately negotiate projects with stakeholders
• Process reports as per team’s requirements
• Use CRM to create quotations/leads, reports and ensuring all notes and supporting documentation are up to date for approval
• Assist with preparation of presentations with various stakeholders
• Provide solutions recommendations in accordance with the needs of the customer(s)
• Develop and present training presentations, product updates, and provide technical data to stakeholders
• Attend customer and industry related functions
• Investigate competitors and implement development strategy plans
• Comply with company values and Code of Conduct
• Ensure all data is written with a high level of attention, accuracy and is up to date

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar position would be highly desired
• Completed qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning Trade is required
• Solid experience using hardware software programs
