About the Role
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to support our project team in delivering civil construction projects. This role will be office based and responsible for undertaking an array of project related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Enter data in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy.
- Document control
- Manage and book travel arrangements
- Assist with allocation of machinery and help solve logistical challenges.
- Attend meetings and take notes effectively.
- Maintain records and registers related to the project.
- General financial and administrative tasks
- Prepare information for and contribute to monthly project meetings.
- Utlise the company's system for the best interest of the project and to keep the team updated with relevant information.
- Assist with quality control and ensure all documentation is collated professionally.
- Assist with project specification and testing analysis requirements.
- Conduct site visits and follow up with project stakeholders.
About the successful candidate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have a friendly and approachable character as well as a can do attitude
- Be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Process driven
- Great work ethic & attention to detail
- Honest and reliable
