As the Fleet Administrator you will provide administrative support the Fleet team with their daily operations and projects. This is a great 8-week contract, working 20 hours (preferable 4 hours per day) - flexible if the right candidate is not available 5 days a week, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm located in Victoria Square, SA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an engaging, trusting, collaborative and safe, partnership with relevant Business Groups and the Fleet team members.
- Create a work environment that fosters engagement, active participation and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
- Actively contribute to creating positive and leading Fleet maturity and climate.
- Implement the direction set by your people leader.
- Manage personal workload and ensure you have the tools and resources to deliver position outcomes effectively and on time, and in a manner that is consistent with organisations goals and priorities.
- Provide administrative support to project manager and Fleet team
- Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are well-organised and easily accessible.
- Handle project-related communications and correspondence, both internal and external.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members when necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and information.
- Provide confidential, professional, administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the function
- Process key and card requests
- Conduct Fleet system audits
- Maintain Fleet reports in our incident management system
- Document management
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in Fleet Coordination / Fleet Admin / Logistics
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, with all levels of internal staff
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
- Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
- Effective problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
- Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
- Must have full Work Rights in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
