Form of work- Managing projects that relate to the business of the Service Contracts Team and the implementation of Out of Home Care reform activity.
- Coordinating the implementation processes for sensitive, innovative and complex strategies that impact on service wide operations.
- Liaising and consulting with relevant stakeholder groups to develop governing documents and operation guidance, report on issues and facilitating the exchange of information.
- Providing expert advice and fostering effective consultative and working relationships with a wide range of delivery partners and key stakeholders including DCP Executive, colleagues and other government agencies.
About You
We are looking for a confident individual who has proven experience in developing, leading and implementing successful programs of work and/or projects.
You will have the ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes in a sensitive and complex environment.
You will also be able work under broad direction and deal with conflicting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Your high level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of internal and external stakeholders will key to your success.
