As part of Safety, Quality and Innovation, the CAHS Strategy, Planning and Innovation (SP&I) team play a crucial role in shaping the future of health within Western Australia for infants, children and young people, ensuring CAHS provide the highest quality care to our young people and their families now, and in the future.
We focus on clinical service strategic Planning and initiatives including identifying key priority areas and implementing reforms to meet current and future demands.
Fostering a culture of innovation, we collaborate with patients, clinicians, support staff, leaders, private sector, and external providers to address challenges and support the progression of innovative ideas in line with CAHS values and strategic objectives.
We work collaboratively with stakeholders within CAHS and other service providers, organisations/agencies and consumers to inform the work we do.
About the role:
As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical services strategy, planning and Innovation directorate.
Reporting to the Director Strategic, Planning and Innovation, you will provide administration support to the Directorate and work closely with various Managers and our broader team, contributing to the successful execution of various projects and programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting and assisting with programs, initiatives and projects within the directorate this includes supporting the preparation of project documentation.
In addition to this, you will offer executive support to project governance groups, working groups, and other meetings as needed. Building and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential, as will fostering a positive working environment that aligns with CAHS values.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills and experience navigating within a complex organization. Experience supporting projects is of benefit.
