Our Lismore Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Projects to join our successful team.

- Coordinating daily administration duties including meetings and minute taking, raising purchase orders and invoices
- Maintenance of workflow - including preparation of documents and procedures for projects and productions
- Compilation, preparation and review of various reports
- Regular baking checks
- Minimum of 3 years work experience providing administration and business support
- Assistant or working in a high level administrative role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills - confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications - V6 experience would be advantageous
- Experience in working with an ERP system (preferred)
- The ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
