We currently have a great opportunity for a Project Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team.
Rocky Bay is a leading not-for-profit disability services provider that has been providing our services in Perth for over 80 years. Our purpose is to optimise the quality of life for people living with disability, offering choice, independence and person-centred support to achieve their goals.
What you will need to do
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management
- Coordinate and implement small to medium projects
- Lead and coordinate business engagement and analysis activities with a view to standardise processes and increase efficiencies
- An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within immediate and broader teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
- Competency using Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Outlook
What skills and experience we need
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management
- Salesforce experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Current, valid WA driver’s licence
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS (desirable)
- Experience in the disability sector (desirable)
