About the Role:
The successful candidate objective is to manage IT related projects and provide support for systems used within the organization.
In conjunction with managing projects you will also be required to support the various project activities such as training, testing, requirements gathering and business analysis.
You will also be required to provide input to and guidance of the software selection process for new projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage internal IT and business-related projects
- Communicate project status with key stakeholders
- Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders to determine project/system requirements
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Communicate with end users to collect and analyse solution requirements
- Provide troubleshooting and support for existing solutions
- Work with team to integrate systems where possible
- Work with business users to refine business processes in order to bring efficiency to the organization
Qualifications/Experience
- More than 5 years proven experience.
- Microsoft Project, Jira desirable
- Strong SQL server skills and PowerBI
- Bachelor of Science, Computer Science or equivalent
- PRINCE2 or PMP Certification
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Business Central, PowerBI would be an advantage
- Experience with Integration platforms, Logistics and Warehousing systems would also be beneficial
