They are seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with experience at a Civil Contractor, Engineering Consultancy, or a Developer to work in tandem with the Development Director on a mixed-use business precinct.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will include:
- Lead, manage, and mentor junior staff members to ensure day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Work in tandem with the development team, delivery team, and key stakeholders with a heavy emphasis on teamwork and collaboration in line with the companies’ culture and values.
- Oversee and manage the consultants to deliver all infrastructure works across this major mixed-use business precinct.
- Assist the team in ensuring compliance with the companies OHS policies and procedures.
- Manage the value management process on infrastructure works utilising internal and external resources.
- Act as the Contract superintendent with the conditions of the project.
- Ideally 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role with a civil contractor, engineering consultancy, or developer.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Experience in either residential sub-division or industrial sub-division preferred.
- Proven experience acting as a Superintendent.
- Someone with a genuine hunger to mentor and develop the junior team members.
