Must have worked in an agency before at Account Manager level
Copywriting experience preferred
Client-side experience preferred, but not essential
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once
Demonstrated experience improving and implementing business operations and processes

RESPONSIBILITIES
70% - Project management and content production - client-facing
Accepting job bookings (responding to clients same day/within 24 hours)
Setting up and managing projects (using Asana and other platforms for project tracking and communications)
Checking/refining briefs (ensuring the briefs are in the best possible shape for our copywriters – and reading between the lines to identify gaps)
Briefing copywriters (being clear about deadlines – allowing time for editing – and budgets) and other contractors
Scheduling interviews (liaising between client, interviewee and copywriter)
Fielding questions on client briefs (being the go-between – demonstrating initiative to find the answers)
Attending virtual client and team meetings on Teams, Zoom, etc as required (representing the business at client meetings)
Managing copywriter workflows and deadlines (ensuring the copywriters aren’t overloaded and can realistically deliver to deadline)
Delivering drafts (always on time, and managing expectations well in advance in the rare case that deadlines need to be shifted)
Delivering final approved content (always on time, perfectly formatted and managing expectations well in advance in the rare case that deadlines need to be shifted)
Publishing content for clients if required (in Adobe Experience Manager – we can train you)
Team capacity planning (ensuring the team is working to capacity, and adjusting the plan as appropriate) and running team planning WIPs
Keeping retainer trackers up-to-date (and ensuring client is across servicing levels)
20% New Business Development
Scoping projects (preparing quotes)
Identifying opportunities for business growth (with existing clients + potential new clients)
Driving execution of key TCC content (e.g. case study content, testimonials, awards submissions etc)
Publishing content for owned channels (blogs on website, social media)
10% - Admin
Updating Asana
Tracking hours in Toggl
Organising gifting (welcome gifts to clients, Christmas gifts etc)
Helping plan and organise TCC events
PACKAGE
Permanent part-time
Work from home
Flexible hours - 20 hours, across 4 or 5 days/week during normal business hours (exact days/times negotiable)
Must be based in Australia, Eastern states (AEST/AEDT only)
Salary $85,000 + super, pro rata (for 20 hours /week for this role, this is approx $43k + super)
