About the RoleAs the
Property Administrator you will be a part of a small team and be responsible for the administration of the MMA’s property portfolio together with the provision of general administrative support to the Legal and Property Manager, and other MMA managers as required. You will be customer-focused with proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to efficiently manage the property portfolio administration tasks while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering excellent service to tenants and stakeholders.
Duties- Manage the processing of property transactions, rent and licence fee invoicing including implementing rent reviews and monitoring rent variance monthly.
- Serve as main contact for tenants and customers, handling administrative matters related to leases and licenses.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, handle inquiries, and manage property transactions.
- Perform administrative support for the Legal and Property Manager and other MMA managers as required.
- Maintain the MMA’s property management system (Salesforce) and generate reports as required by MMA managers from time to time.
Skills and Experience- Tertiary qualifications in property, business or law (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property administration and/or management.
- Detail orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills inclusive of conflict negotiation with a demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.
