Working for a global real-estate investment fund who have established a unique footprint across Australia through a diverse portfolio of assets. Their ANZ interests are run out of their Sydney CBD HQ which houses teams that manage property investment across multiple classes including Industrial, commercial and retail.

You will play a vital role in supporting the asset management team by providing detailed analytical support across the breadth of their portfolio. You will be heavily involved with completing analysis impacting decision making across the business including acquisitions, tenancy agreements and wider business reporting etc.
Key reasonability’s include;
- Produce various detailed reporting across the asset management and financial outcomes.
- Complete financial analysis of prospective leases.
- Develop and maintain a variety of budgets and financial models to drive decision making across the portfolio and the wider fund.
- Support the management of contractual deliverable from external property management providers.
- Collate and verify large data sets and deliver key portfolio indicators.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to identify key business insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
About you
- Undergraduate degree, in finance or proeprty.Property sector experience is essential.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a similar analytical position.
- Strong proficiency in Excel modelling, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines
