Role
As the Property and Infrastructure Manager, you will provide leadership to the Property Team and contribute to corporate and strategic planning of assets. You will manage infrastructure functions, including project and asset management.
Key Accountabilities
You will oversee Property Services department management, lead selected projects and operations, and develop and implement work programs. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, provide timely advice to the Executive Manager Business Operations, manage financial, risk management and WHS systems.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Contract & Asset Management: Manage the delivery of high-quality services, ensure effective contract management processes.
- Lead Property Services: Including the management of preventive and reactive maintenance systems.
- Project Management: Ensure effective management and delivery of the organisation's minor capital works program.
- Environmental Sustainability: Oversee sustainability projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Risk Management & WHS: Comply with organisational risk management and WHS policies, report risks and incidents.
Specialist Skills & Knowledge
Detailed knowledge of asset management, strategic planning and project management. Financial management and cost estimation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership and change management.
Person Specifications: skills, knowledge, and attributes
- Senior management experience
- Appropriate qualifications in asset management, project management or equivalent experience
- Understanding of WHS and quality processes
- Success in staff management and building positive culture
- Expertise in contract and asset management, financial management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Current NSW driver’s license
