About the Role
The Property and Trust Consultant is known internally as the Mildura Schools Land Consultant. This position will proactively manage property-related tasks and activities, effective engagement and consultation with stakeholders, and meticulous recording and provision of information related to the Mildura Schools Land Trust.
This role specifically involves managing the unique properties within the Mildura Schools Land Trust to ensure they are maintained, leased, or sold in accordance with trust guidelines
Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in the real estate/ property management field would be considered advantageous
- Background knowledge of the financial services and/or trustees industries
- Demonstrated ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports, and recommendations
- Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office
