- Location: Canberra, Brisbane Airport or Adelaide Airport
- Full time, 6 months contract with possible extension
- Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per annum plus super
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Contract Manager for a 6-month temporary position on behalf of our federal government client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing property-related procurement and contract activities, ensuring assurance and compliance with government guidelines. If you have a background in government procurement, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties/Tasks
- Develop and maintain high-quality Contract Management processes to optimize the performance of the Property Service Provider (PSP).
- Oversee policy reporting activities for property-related contracts to ensure departmental obligations are met.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, internal and external, to support effective procurement and contract management.
- Provide strategic advice to staff, Senior Executives, and stakeholders based on technical expertise.
- Contribute to planning for Whole of Government Property Service Provider future arrangements.
- Communicate and make balanced decisions using professional judgment, evaluating available information, factoring in risks, and being sensitive to the context.

Comprehensive Understanding of:
- Public Governance, Performance, and Accountability Act 2013, and associated rules.
- Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines, RMG500 & Indigenous Procurement Policy.
- Desirable: Understanding of the Whole of Australian Government Property Service Provider arrangements.
