We are looking for a fabulous Property Contracts Manager to join our incredible Property & Development Team, located in Farrer ACT, on a permanent basis!
- $140,000 (inclusive of Super)
- Monday through Friday
- Rotation of After Hours Emergency Contact

Previously outsourcing property contract management, the continual growth of Goodwin services has now resulted in this fabulous new, in-house role! Stepping into the role of Property Contracts Manager, you'll be taking ownership of Goodwin's PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Contracts, reactive contracts and utilities contracts. If you have the passion for reviewing and analysing contract terms, policies, procedures and operating practices, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives - we would love to hear from you!!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring all PPM is carried out as per legal requirements, manufacturers warrantees and recommendations and industry best practice, ensuring full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Australian Retirement Villages Accreditation Scheme Standards and other relevant standards.
- Contract Compliance
- Tendering and Procurement including financial budgeting / reporting
- Contract Negotiations
- Review of Service Reports
- Contract Reviews and KPI Reporting
- Asset Register management
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in Contract Management (preferably in property management or real estate industry)
- Current Australian Drivers' Licence
- First Aid Certificate - Current / Valid
- Trade Qualifications in carpentry/electrical/plumbing or Property Management Qualifications
- Demonstrated high degree of financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in communicating with a broad range of stakeholder (difficult and confidential issues, presentations, negotiations)
