AddressPM Collaborative are an esteemed outsourced property inspection company in Brisbane and we are seeking a professional, self driven and reliable Property Inspector to assist with servicing our very important clientele.

Our mission is to ensure that property agents, landlords, and tenants experience seamless rental transactions by conducting thorough inspections and services whilst delivering exceptional results.
THE ROLE: As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role of inspecting rental properties between the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine coast. Your tasks will involve routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, as well as conducting open homes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current QLD real estate registration (MUST be registered with the OFT)
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Corporate / professional presentation
- Proven experience in property inspections or a related field (e.g., property management or real estate)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify any potential issues within properties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with tenants and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using technology, such as mobile applications and inspection tools
- Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
