Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a Property Investment Strategist to present investment opportunities like Co-Living, NDIS, Dual Occupancy, and residential packages.
- Manage leads through professional networks, pre-purchased leads, and inbound queries.
- Follow our Sales Process to understand client goals, establish buying capacity, present properties, and close sales.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in Mortgage Broking, Finance, Real Estate, or Property Investment.
- Proficiency in internet tools for conducting presentations and CRM for pipeline management.
- Understanding of equity, borrowing capacity, rental yield, and investment property benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present online and potentially in-person.
- A goal-driven, team-oriented individual with strong organizational and computer skills.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in related roles.
- Ability to network effectively and manage time efficiently.

- Achieve a minimum of 6 property purchases per month.
- Maintain active daily connections with clients with a minimum of 20 connects per day.
