Key Responsibilities: As a Property Manager with LJ Hooker Townsville, you will:

• Liaise effectively with key stakeholders
• Maintain meticulous communication records
• Conduct market reviews and keep lease records up to date
• Demonstrate exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Coordinate and facilitate ingoing and outgoing property reports
• Keep maintenance records current
• Oversee digital marketing efforts to attract new tenants
• Conduct relevant checks to match tenants with investment properties
• Manage daily arrears management processes
• Provide excellent communication to all clients
• Cover all day-to-day operations of the Property Portfolio

** Please note, routine inspections and leasing is carried out by another Property Management team member. 

Qualifications and Skills: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset
• Professional phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
• A high level of personal presentation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to use initiative and common sense
• Either hold a Real Estate Registration Certificate or be willing to obtain one (training will be provided)
