THE ROLE
On behalf of this independent Australian law firm, we are looking for an experienced Law Clerk for their Property team in the Melbourne office. The position is initially a two month temporary assignment assisting in the property development team.
YOU
We are looking for aProperty Law Clerk or Conveyancing Clerk with the following attributes:
- Knowledge of relevant conveyancing processes and terminology
- Experience in running your own file load
- Confident user of PEXA
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, efficient and proactive
- Able to identify when a transaction requires input or supervision from a Property Lawyer
You will have the opportunity to join a well-regarded team where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your career. In working closely with a group of high-performing Lawyers, you will have an integral position within their Property team.
