Property Lawyer - 3+ Years Pqe

About the Role

You'll dive into a breadth of engaging work, with direct client contact and working closely with a Partner. The role will essentially involve assisting quality clients with property acquisitions/disposals, including complex residential & commercial conveyancing, due diligence, property development, owners corporations, leasing and licensing issues, finance agreements and securities etc.

We're looking for a professional who:

• Has 3-10+ years Post Qualification Experience
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can manage a diverse caseload of property and commercial law matters, including but not limited to property transactions, commercial and retail leases, land and business sale contracts and commercial agreements including licensing agreements, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal issues, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
• Can draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Represent clients in negotiations, advocating for their rights and interests with professionalism and expertise.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning, staying updated on changes in legislation, industry trends and best practices.
