Position: Lawyer - Conveyancing & Property Law
We're looking for someone eager to provide exceptional legal services across a diverse range of areas:
- Property Law (Residential Conveyancing, Business Conveyancing, Commercial Leases, Commercial Contracts)
Responsibilities:
As a part of our team, you will handle conveyancing files, including:
- Preparing Contracts & Letter of Advice
- Conducting online searches
- Liaising with clients and solicitors
- Managing settlement figures
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:
- Proficiency in PEXA
- A genuine appreciation for and experience in a multicultural work environment
- A professional and adaptable attitude
- Self-reliant and proactive, capable of working independently
- Enjoys the structured nature of Conveyancing and Property Law
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws & Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice
- Post-admission experience in Property/Conveyancing - Desirable
