Description

Key responsibilities of the

• sales and acquisitions;
• land development;
• tenancies (covering both land and tenant focused work), including bespoke tenancies of public land for public sector clients;
• land titles and land use, including easements;
• compulsory acquisitions, including advisors work and section 30 agreements;
• planning agreements for developers and public sector clients; and
• procurement and governance for public sector clients.

Profile

• 2+ years of post-admission experience in property law;
• experience across general real estate law matters, ideally gained from a top-tier, mid-tier or highly regarded property law practice;
• solid knowledge of conveyancing, commercial sales and acquisition of property and comfortable transacting in PEXA;
• subdivision, development and planning experience would be an advantage;
• strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills; and
• adaptable, proactive, and willing to further your skills across varied clients and matters.
