They now have an exciting opportunity for a mid level Lawyer to join their busy Property/Compulsory Land Acquisition and Compensation team.
About this role...
This is a pivotal role where you will be an integral member of this team, have direct client contact and work closely with a Partner & Senior Associate. The role will essentially involve assisting quality clients with property acquisitions/disposals incl. complex residential & commercial conveyancing, due diligence, property development, owners corporations, leasing and licensing issues, finance agreements and securities etc.
About you...
To be successful in this role it is envisaged the ideal candidate will:-
- Have a min. 5 years post admission experience in broad ranging Property law matters with strong drafting & advisory skills;
- Be a self-starter with an approachable pro-active team approach to guide/supervise less experienced;
- Possess excellent communication skills across all levels and a strong client service focus;
- Have a willingness to be actively involved/contribute to business development activities & initiatives;
- Be able to multi task and manage competing priorities
