A unique opportunity has arisen with our Property Services team for a pragmatic Property Liaison Officer to join the team. You will thrive on developing positive relationships with landowners and residents to provide relevant assistance and support throughout the land acquisition process. Working in a collaborative and supportive team you will also have the opportunity to put your highly developed organisational skills into action to support to the team with regards to all property matters.

Essential:
Qualifications in business administration, legal, property and/or demonstrated experience working in similar environment
Demonstrated experience in providing high standard customer service in challenging situations
Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
High level interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Written and oral communication skills with the ability to draft correspondence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written reporting skills
Desirable:
Demonstrated real estate or property acquisition experience
Experience in social services and/or community engagement
To meet Council’s WHS requirements and in accordance with Council’s Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
