The Role:
- Coordination of a large volume of Property Maintenance and building works for newly acquired properties.
- Ensure works are appropriately managed to completion that that risk is understood and managed.
- Develop and undertake end to end procurement processes.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for efficiencies in procurement activities.
- Coordinate and engage with vendors and suppliers, develop and maintain approved supplier lists.
- Manage and report on works completed within budget and timeframes.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with Project team and Housing Services team.
- 5+ years’ in coordinating procurement and/or purchasing activity.
- 5+ years’ experience in Property Maintenance, building works or property asset management.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively to coordinate activities.
