PROPERTY MANAGER :
My client is seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for a varied role full of learning, challenges and great experiences. , Your focus will be on customer service and attention to detail. Previous experience in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a requirement, along with your current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.

The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of up to 150 properties
- Liaise with Rental Providers and Renters
- Managing lease renewals, leasing and routine inspections
- Managing arrears, rent increase and property maintenance

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:
- Minimum 12 months in leasing or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT experience
- Previous experience with Property Tree (preferred but not essential)
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's license

LEASING CONSULTANT:
The department fosters a supportive, friendly, and nurturing team environment, making it an ideal fit for individuals with prior experience as a LEASING CONSULTANT and/or property manager.
Candidates must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate and Driver's License to be considered for this position.
As the LEASING CONSULTANT, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting open for inspections and private viewings
- Completing condition reports
- Processing tenancy applications, including reference checks
- Facilitating communication between tenants and, when necessary, landlords
- Executing new tenancy agreements and preparing them for management
- Offering assistance to property managers as needed
This role serves as an excellent stepping stone for advancement into more senior positions in the future, whether in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, sales, or business development
