Property Management Roles - Full Time

We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates for the following roles:

1. ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - this role is an amazing opportunity for you to take the next step up in your Property Management career.  

*Do you have previous experience in Property Management or Entry level real estate positions?  

*Been in the real estate industry for 6 - 12 months and looking to move forward in your career?  

*Have a basic understanding of the legislation and industry practices?

You will need good time management and communication skills, drivers licence and sales/Property Management registration certificate. 

This role offers support to the Asset Mangers and is a Full time role where you will do a variety of tasks such as ingoing & exit inspections; holiday relief to oversee a portfolio and Admin support as required.  

2. New role - MAINTENANCE MANAGER/CO-ORDINATOR:

Due to our continued growth we have this exciting new role to offer someone looking to take a new direction in their PM career.  As our Maintenance Manager you will oversee maintenance for the whole rent roll and build strong relationships with our trades team.

We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of building maintenance and good time management and co-ordination skills where you will have to work with a number of different stake holders.

Strong and effective communication and problem solving skills will be the key skills we are looking for from the successful candidate for this role.

These roles are Full time, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
