Ray White Forster Tuncurry has an exciting opportunity with a full-time position available for a Property ManagementTeam Member - leasing.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage tenant enquiries by phone, email and walk in's.
- Maintain tenant database
- Qualify prospective tenants and schedule weekly inspections per rental listing and private viewings
- Match prospective tenants with expected vacancies and use database to market properties
- Manage marketing/ads for open homes, including arranging photography of rental listings. 'For Lease' signs and ‘Leased’ stickers
- Manage tenant communications including recording feedback and assistance with completion of applications as well as preparing keys
- Issue and follow up on property maintenance requests/orders
- Record maintenance, key issues and presentation issues to assist other property managers
- Process tenancy applications within 24 hours of receipt and forward to relevant department manager
- Assist with new files and tenancy sign up packs and signing lease documents
- Present to Property Management Team weekly on activity and current market
- Assist Property Managers with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of local suburbs
- Use of Property Management Systems and checklists to maintain quality and consistency of repairs
- Ensure accurate filing and keep current diary records of appointments
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Current driver's license
- Have, or be willing to obtain Certificate of Registration in NSW
- Deliver high level customer service
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- A mature and positive attitude
- Excellent relationship building skills with a genuine interest in people
- Demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavors
- A willingness to learn and further develop your skills
- Ability to use new systems/databases
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
