Property Management Team Member

Harcourts Dapto | Albion Park | Shellharbour Property Management 

Harcourts Dapto | Albion Park | Shellharbour are looking for a legendary person to join our Property Management team. We run our team through a POD based system, so this role will consist of mainly out of office activities. You will assist our existing tenants with inspections of properties and maintenance, whilst also assisting potential tenants in finding their new home.

You will assist by facilitating the smooth running and continued growth of the Property Management department through effective support, administration and education.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Open home inspections.
• Regular communication by email and phone with tenants and Team Members.
• Processing tenancy applications.
• Lease sign overs.
• Periodic inspections throughout the tenancy.
• Reporting of maintenance and liaising with tenants and trades regarding maintenance works.
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing tenants.
• Daily Property Management tasks as required.
• Customer service focus.

Responsibilities:

• To have a comprehensive understanding and up-to-date knowledge of industry legislation.
• Create strong relationships with clients and provide a service that is reflective of the Harcourts values.
• Support the Property Management Team in managing, growing and developing a portfolio that conforms to the Harcourts DAS way.
• Work with a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner.
• Be an active contributor to the Harcourts DAS team and the wider Harcourts network.

Ideally you come equipped with:

• Valid certificate of registration.
• Moderate IT skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Own reliable car and have a current driver’s licence.
• A valid right to work in Australia.
• Knowledge of Property Me and Inspect Real Estate.
• Genuine passion to work in the property industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and team player.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Sense of humour.
